Domiciliary Care

We offer assistance not just to the service user but their families as well. Our interdisciplinary team approach provides care and practical support to patients and families we serve. We care for adults with conditions such as Dementia, Alzheimer, Stroke, Parkinson, Multiple Sclerosis, Physical Disabilities, Learning Disabilities, Regalement needs following Hospitalization, Respite Care, End of Life Care, Elderly with Depression and Motor Neuron Disease.

Our professional staff are available up to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Mental Health Care

We understand that when you or a loved one is faced with a long-term disability as a result of a mental disorder, household tasks that were once simple become difficult and daily living requires assistance. Whatever the individual circumstances, we develop a tailor-made service of care that’s comforting, safe, and secure. We will work with service user and their families to set and reach the physical, mental, and emotional goals that provide the foundation for an independent life.

Individualized care plan that is truly effective for the individual service user.

Personal Assistant/ Nursing Care

All personal care assistance including toileting, incontinence care, transfers, oxygen, palliative care, Alzheimer’s and Dementia supportive care. Daily living activities like bathing and dressing. Facilitate social outings and help maintain personal freedom, meals cooked and served, transportation (medical appointments, errands, shopping, etc.) and domestic services (laundry, cleaning, etc). Our nurses are personally and professionally vetted to ensure they are capable of Medication Administration and Management and other duties required of them.

Respite / Holiday Care

Our Respite Care Service team promotes independence and quality of life. We provide the advocacy, education and assistance in a variety of areas to assist and accompany you on holiday, to support your daily activities and personal healthcare needs. Our holiday care is tailored to your requirement regardless of whether you have palliative and complex medical needs.

This promotes independence and choice and allows you to maintain a sense of being in control, keep all of your belongings close to you along with building your daily activities around your preferences and timing.

Palliative Care

Our Palliative care focuses on comfort, happiness, and pain relief in the face of serious, terminal illness. Our goal in providing this service is to improve one’s quality of life by increasing comfort, promoting dignity, and providing a caring support system to the person who is ill and their loved ones. Our team of specialist trained nurses and care staff are able to support you through these times without adding more burden to it.

We work to ensure that the needs of our client and that of the family are well looked after.

Live-in Care

Live-in Care means having a fully trained carer living with you in your own home. Your carer will support you with specific needs to keep you comfortable and independent at home. Our carers and companions help with: personal care and specialist medical care, dietary and nutritional needs, housekeeping and other daily domestic tasks.

Whether it’s helping with personal care, keeping on top of the chores or moving around the house, many of our carers become a rock to their clients, enabling them to live the way they want every day.
